We collect (Non-Personal Information) and (Personal Information). Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes when registering on our site, as appropriate, or via email, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, paypal account or other details.

We collect information from you when you start using the web app or when you provide us with your information through contacting us.
HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION
For end users, the only information that is being captured from user would be the name and mobile number. These are the only key information which is required during remote queue registration. This same information entered by the user will be sent to the business/merchant (of the queue user is joining) for verification and registration purposes. For business/merchant end, we would capture the address, email address, telephone number, mobile number, and the name of the contact person for the purpose of creating the business/merchant account, use the web app to manage the queue and for users to be able to identify the business/merchant when joining the online queue (except the contact person name and the mobile number). The business/merchant contact person name and mobile number is only for EzyQueue record in the event we need to contact the business and also to verify the person registering for the business/merchant account. We guarantee that only the business/merchant which the user has joined (the queue) will receive the respective user's information. We do not disclose any of the above information to 3rd parties or anyone else.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
All information captured are being stored on a highly secure servers protected behind a multi layered highly secured firewall, locally hosted in Singapore. All data communication to and from our server are encrypted and protected using SSL encryption to ensure no data is being compromised at any point. EzyQueue is also in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) to ensure all personal data are safeguarded against misuse.

We do not disclose any of the above information to 3rd parties or anyone else.
